Addie and Luke, wow. She hated him and he wanted her. Funny how things work out they both ended up on an Island in GA, and are from different states. She a Yankee fan he played for Red Sox. But the love story started over a cap is one for the books. He is so gentle with her even though she is afraid it will all come crashing down. This was written very well I dont want to give spoilers but wow, and I love Jimmy, he is one of my fave side characters. I love how even characters that are not main characters the writing has you falling in love with them also.

Ellery Cove: Brady and Morgan

This was almost instalove with some emotional vibes.
It follows Brady, the man who was used by the team for years to develop others at the expense of his career, and Morgan, the woman who helps everyone but themselves.

This actually moved pretty quickly, but oh my lord… when they were good, it was gorgeous. But, in their desire for self-protection, they could get pretty hurtful! The tensions certainly rose at times, and not always in a good way…

Overall, a very enjoyable story, and I’m keen to see who’s next!

This is Book #3 out of 3 (as of June 2026) in the Ellery Cove series. I received an ARC of this book. No direct spoilers but notes from other books in the series as well.

Kirstin and Beck’s story was something else for me, in the best way possible. I did not think this series could top my reaction to the earlier books, but this one might be my favorite (or tied with Book #1). At times, I saw a bit of myself in Kirstin in how she navigates and reacts to situations, which made her feel especially relatable.

I loved continuing to see other relationships evolve and experiencing more shared events like The Shrimp Festival. The story was easy to follow and consistently engaging, and I found this installment had even more plot twists than Book #2, which kept me hooked throughout.

I also really appreciated the added presence of Kirstin’s parents and how their relationships were woven into the story. It was a bonus that Jacksonville played a larger role this time, and the island setting in GA continued to feel familiar and comforting.

Reece Morgan maintains strong consistency across the series in character development. We get deeper insight into supporting characters while still seeing them grow naturally in different situations. I also continue to appreciate the subtlety in the writing that still allows space to infer meaning.

Overall, this is another strong rom-com centered on layered relationships—parent and child, friendships, and romance. A must-read and a solid 5/5 stars once again. I really enjoyed the entire series overall and highly recommend.

Reece Morgan killed this whole series, for a girl who loves baseball I enjoyed this 3 book series so much. I was laughing, screaming, crying, and kicking my feet and giggling.
All I have to say is Ethan Beck....the man you are 🥰🥰🥰
